Diversity and Inclusion Manager Minimum Salary: $68,052.00 The Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator has a highly responsible position available to work in the direction and coordination of activities involving workforce diversity and inclusion and equitable access to courts in the judiciary, through support of the Commission on Racial and Ethnic Fairness and its subcommittees. Work involves development of proposed policies, procedures, education, employee relations and personnel recruitment in order to ensure diversity, equity and access in the administration and operation of the courts. Work also includes preparing written reports or oral presentations for various committees of judges, clerks and public members as assigned by the Supreme Court. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management and 6 years of professional experience involving full time work in a closely related field. Preferred Qualifications: Juris Doctorate or advanced degree with emphasis in research, statistics or related field.
