Subject to approval by the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting, the SMBA offers its membership list to individuals and organizations for one-time use. This list is rented exclusively for mailings of interest to the legal community and may not be used to advertise fundraisers, events or continuing legal education programs.

Labels will be provided in self stick sheets or by data transfer to a mailing service.  

Rates:

• SMBA Members: $200.00 + $16.20 tax ($216.20)
• Non-Members: $400.00 + $32.40 tax ($432.40)
• Non-Profit: $300.00 + $24.30 tax ($324.30)
• Postage and handling: $10.00 (no charge if labels are picked up at the SMBA office.)

To order labels use the online form (mailing label agreement form)  If you are an SMBA member you will need to sign in before you complete the agreement so you will receive the member discount.
