The office of the Springfield Bar is designed to support and enhance the programs and priorities of the organization, therefore, bar foundation and association programs receive priority usage.  SMBA members may rent the meeting rooms for meetings, trial preparation, training, mediation, depositions and retreats. Policies prohibit room use for sales presentations or professional education programs unless those programs are sponsored by the SMBA or SMBF.
