This CLE will focus on ethical issues for lawyers when representing clients with diminished capacity, including a variety of mental health issues, as well as ethical issues in deposing individuals with diminished capacity. The CLE will also address an attorney's obligations to family members, the public and the court when the attorney encounters an individual during a case who may be suicidal or exhibits violent behavior. The CLE will also address a practitioner's ethical obligations to address a colleague's mental health issues. Hosted by Larissa Whittingham.

• Cancellation: Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee.
