Want to learn more about expungements and do some community service? We are looking for 10 to 15 attorneys willing to accept up to two expungement cases placed though our clinics at the Fairbanks.  Attorneys will be paid $50 an hour through Legal Service of Southern Missouri’s Judicare Program.  We will have a training session on March 18, 2019, 4:00 -5:00 at the SMBA office. This CLE is free to SMBA members who sign up to take a case.   The clients will be prescreened, and a thorough intake will be completed, which should make the role of the attorney easier.
