Jury Trials and Pandemic Precautions – Observations from the Bench and Bar

In August, Presiding Judge Cordonnier conducted the first physically distanced civil jury trial in Greene County at the White River Conference Center.  This program will bring together Judge Cordonnier with plaintiff’s council Morry Cole, Gray, Ritter & Graham, P.C.  and defense council Brian Malkmus, Malkmus Law Firm, LLC,  for their first-hand observations and tips as the bench, bar and public navigate our new normal. PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE.  THE SEPTEMBER LUNCH WEBINAR HAS BEEN CHANGED TO TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 SO AS NOT TO CONFLICT WITH THE MOBAR ANNUAL MEETING EVENTS.

Each program in the SMBA Monthly CLE series qualifies for 1 MoCLE.

Advance Registration Fees: Members $30 – Nonmembers $50 (Additional $10 at the door/ day of)

Cancellation Policy: Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee. Substitutes for paid registrants unable to attend are allowed in most circumstances. (Not available to nonmembers or season pass holder
