In response to many requests for information and resources on the new redaction rules Judge Jeffrey Bates has graciously agreed to present a webinar.  Judge Bates will go over the rules and their practical application and answer questions.  The discounted member registration fee is extended to both SMBA members and their staff, and a link to the recording will be available to attendees after the webinar.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.  Substitutes for paid registrants unable to attend are allowed in most circumstances.
