The September SMBA lunch will be held on Missouri State University Campus at the Prime Overtime Club located in Great Southern Bank Arena.  Parking is available in lot 54 directly east of the arena.  The two rows of parking closest to the arena reserved for the SMBA.

Adam Pihana and Tim Ricker of Hall Ansley will present on the topic: Case within a Case - Spotting Your Client’s Employment Law Claim.   In addition, there will be a brief presentation honoring the SMBA volunteers to the joint MSU – Springfield Bar Foundation Bearisters program.   Those volunteers are Art Haseltine, Kyle Harmon, Scott Pierson, Corey Kilburn, Tom Carver, Topper Glass and Matt Russell.

Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.  Substitutes for paid registrants unable to attend are allowed in most circumstances. (Not available to nonmembers or season pass holders)
