The Supreme Court of Missouri recently adopted new rules regulating redaction that become effective on July 1, 2026.  Our presenter, Judge Jeffrey Bates, has been on the forefront of educating the bar on the rules since their initial implementation.  SMBA members and their staff are encouraged and welcome to attend and bring their questions.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.  Substitutes for paid registrants unable to attend are allowed in most circumstances. (Not available to nonmembers or season pass holders)
