About the Presenters

 

As Special Representatives for the OCDC Region XV Disciplinary Committee, Randee Stemmons and Kevin Rapp have investigated hundreds of bar complaints and prosecuted cases from initial disciplinary filings through final disposition at the Missouri Supreme Court.

Randee Stemmons is a municipal court judge for Aurora, Mt. Vernon, Verona, and seven cities in Barry County. She has served as Special Representative for the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s Region XV Disciplinary Committee for more than a decade.

Kevin Rapp is a partner at Aleshire Robb and Rapp P.C. in Springfield. Since 2013, Kevin has served as a Special Representative for the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s Region XV, Division II Disciplinary Committee.
