Discovery, a process intended to facilitate the free flow of information between parties, is often mired by objections. Attorneys today are all too often quick to dispute discover requests, slow to produce information and eager to object at every stage of the litigation process. Although proper objections play an important role in litigation, cooperation during the discovery process is also a vital component of the “adversary system”.

- Advance: Members $25 – Nonmember Guests $50
- Onsite: Members $35 – Nonmembers $60
SMBA Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation: Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee.
- Substitutions: Substitutes for paid registrants unable to attend are allowed in most circumstances. (Not available to non members or season pass holders)
