Mountjoy to Lead Presiding Judge Committee

The Honorable Thomas Mountjoy, Presiding Judge of the 31st Judicial Circuit, has been named chair of the Presiding Judges' Executive Committee.  The appointment was made November 4, 2014 by Missouri Chief Justice Mary Russell and is for a term expiring December 31, 2016.
