Orders Regarding Assignment of Cases in 31st

Presiding Judge Thomas Mountjoy has issued two administrative orders regarding the assignment of cases in the 31st Circuit following the retirement of Judge Dan Conklin.  These orders are effective immediately.  The assignment clarified in the orders is temporary and will be revisited following Governor Nixon's appointment, filling the vacancy in Division 3.   (assignment of circuit criminal cases) (assignment of circuit civil cases)
