Order Regarding Assignment of Cases, July 27, 2015

IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF GREENE COUNTY, MISSOURI, 31st JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

Administrative Order:  Assignment of Circuit Civil Cases

The court hereby makes the following Order with regard to assignment of Civil Court cases. This Order supersedes Administrative Order 38P-15.

It is hereby ordered that effective this date, and until further order of the Court, Circuit Civil cases shall be assigned as follows:

• Judge Cordonnier (Division 1) assigned 40% of new cases
• Judge Brown (Division 3) assigned 40% of new cases
• Judge Powell (Division 24) assigned 20% of new cases

It is further ordered that all Circuit Civil cases currently pending in Division 3 and formerly assigned to now retired Circuit Judge Dan Conklin shall be reassigned to Judge Brown.

It is further ordered that all Circuit Civil cases now pending in Division 26 that are not currently set for trial shall be reassigned to Judge Brown.

The Circuit Clerk is directed to make arrangements to facilitate this order.
