The Greene County Circuit Court is interested in making itself more accessible to those persons who come to court. ADA compliant door openers will be installed during the month of October in five courtrooms. The five courtrooms are all located on the 3rd floor of the Judicial Court Facility building and the door openers will be installed during times when the courtrooms will not be open so as to not disrupt hearings. Thank you in advance for any inconvenience you experience due this improvement.
The Greene County Circuit Court has established a special committee to study and explore the use of technology in the courtroom. The first goal is to determine what technology is needed in a courtroom bench trial or jury trial. The court is interested in getting ideas from members of the Bar who frequently use technology.
