At their September meeting, the 31st Circuit Court En Banc re-elected the Honorable Thomas Mountjoy as presiding judge. Judge Mountjoy has served in that capacity since 2009 and is also currently state chairman of the presiding judges committee, appointed in 2014 by then Missouri Chief Justice Mary Russell.
