Court of Appeals Gives Award

September 13, 2016, Springfield, Mo.—In recognition of his commitment to judicial education and his dedicated service as a member of the Appellate Court Education Committee, Judge Gary Lynch of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, was awarded a certificate of appreciation during a court en banc meeting this week.  Judge Lynch has served the Appellate Court Education Committee since 2007.  Judge Lynch has been an appellate judge since January of 2006.  Prior to that, he was a circuit judge for Polk County.  He currently lives in Bolivar, Missouri.
