New Commissioners Announced

The 31st Circuit Court en Banc has selected two SMBA members to fill the family court commissioner positions which will become vacant with the retirement of Commissioners Sue Chrisman and Scott Tinsley. Regi Martin will be the new commissioner of Family Court Division One with an anticipated start date of November 23, 2016. Susan Jensen was selected as the new commissioner for Family Court Division Two starting on or about November 1, 2016. Both Martin and Jensen come to the court from private practice, Martin as a sole practitioner and Jensen from the firm Pratt, Jensen & Grisham.
