Scheduled Downtime for Christian County Circuit Court

Information from Christian County Circuit Clerk's Office:
As you all may be aware the 38th Circuit, Christian county and Taney county
are separating as of December 31, 2016. Christian county will remain the
38th Circuit, while Taney county will become the 46th Circuit.
For this to happen our computer program will be down from December 28th -
December 30th (and possibly the weekend). This means there will be no
access to Case.net and e-filing during those days for our counties.
Christian County Circuit Clerk's office will be accepting pleadings and new
cases the old fashioned way. We will accept them via: Hand Delivery, Fax
or by Mail. We will Date Stamp the documents the day they are received.
The documents will be entered into our computer with the date stamp, but it
will not be until the first week of January.
This may give you an excuse to shut down your office and enjoy the
holidays.
