Petitions Due Next Week
Greene County Circuit Clerk Tom Barr today released information pertaining to the election of a lawyer member of the 31 st Circuit Judicial Commission. Media Release at this link. Please note the tight time frame and that nominating petitions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 5, 2017.
Judicial Commission elections are governed by Missouri Supreme Court Rule 10 , and information with regard to nominating petitions are found in Missouri Supreme Court Rule 10.11 .
The election will take place by electronic voting, opening October 13, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. and will close at 11:59 p.m. on November 3, 2017, according to Barr.
