Increase of filing fees effective August 28, 2018
Springfield, MO – In accordance with Senate Bill 800, and the incorporation of the Juvenile Justice Preservation Fund surcharge, all circuit court, associate court, family court and probate court filing fees (with the exception of Mechanics Liens and Garnishments) will increase by $3.50 effective August 28, 2018. The new fees will be updated on our webpage: www.greenecountycourts.org/
