2018 Bearister Race Recap

For more than two decades the annual Springfield Bar 5K has brought together lawyers. Runners and lawyer-runners for a bit of fun, fitness and friendly competition. Thursday, October 11, 2018 the tradition continued, with the Bearister Legal Run Around at Missouri State University. The race name and location provides an opportunity to highlight and promote the Bearister Program, a collaboration between the bar foundation and the university. Bearisters are volunteer lawyers who meet with Missouri State students for limited consultation and referral.
