New Location for Christian County Circuit Court

The new Christian County Circuit Court Building, located at 102 W Walnut, Ozark, Missouri will be officially open on Monday, March 11, 2019. The building will contain Circuit Court Division 1 (Johnson) and Division 2 (Growcock), the Christian County Prosecuting Attorneys' Office, and the Juvenile Office. The move to the new building will take place on March 7 and 8, so only limited business will be conducted by the court on those days. There are sure to be issues to be worked out in the new building, so your patience will be appreciated. The Justice Center will continue to house the Clerk's office, Division 3 (Kruse) and Division 4 (Bacon). No regular court business will be conducted in the historic courthouse. A ribbon cutting and open house will be held for the Circuit Court Building on March 29, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. A training for attorneys on courtroom technology is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on March 29, 2019 in the Division 1 courtroom.
