The 38th Circuit will be offering court access cards to Missouri licensed attorneys in good standing practicing in the 38th Circuit. With a court access card, an attorney will be allowed to bypass the security line at both the new Circuit Court Building and the current Justice Center. (The card will be accepted at the Justice Center as soon as the new entry security system is installed and operational.) Persons accompanying the attorney, including clients and staff, will have to pass through security. An application for a court access card may be obtained through the website of the Christian County Sheriff or in person at the Sheriff's Office. The completed application must be delivered in person to the Sheriff's Office. There is an application fee of $50.00. Processing of the application will take about two weeks and must be renewed yearly.
