Bryan is committed to a truly impartial judiciary and to preserving the Missouri Court Plan. A strong supporter of the Missouri Plan, Bryan believes in a truly independent judiciary.
Bryan is Managing Partner of Husch Blackwell LLP’s Springfield office. His primary practice is business, commercial and employment litigation. A lifelong Missourian, Bryan attended the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
Bryan is an experienced litigator who has handled complex cases before judges and juries in federal, state and appellate courts. Bryan often represents plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and arbitration. Bryan has been recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly for obtaining a $1,000,000 judgment for a plaintiff in an insurance dispute and for successfully defending a theater against contract, tort and punitive damage claims.
Bryan’s diverse background makes him an excellent candidate for the Appellate Judicial Commission. He will openly seek to promote individuals from all kinds of legal practice, so Missourians have access to the best judges in the nation and confidence in the process. He is committed to protecting the Missouri Plan from special interest groups and politicians.
