Notice of Filings in Springfield Municipal Division

Cases filed on or after January 1, 2021
On cases filed by the prosecuting attorney on and after January 1, 2021, and pursuant to Supreme Court of Missouri Rule 103 and Court Operating Rule 27, documents filed by attorneys in the Springfield Municipal Division of the 31st Judicial Circuit Court shall be filed electronically using the eFiling system within Case.net and Show-Me Courts. Filings shall be made as provided in Rule 103 and Court Operating Rule 27. Self-represented parties are exempt from this requirement and shall file documents as they have been filed heretofore.
Cases filed before January 1, 2021
On cases filed by the prosecuting attorney before January 1, 2021, documents shall be filed by attorneys and self-represented parties as they have been filed heretofore.
