31st Resumes Jury Trials

The Greene County Court has advised that the Order Suspending Jury Trials until February 15, 2021 has now expired. Jury selection and trials have resumed and will be conducted at a variety of venues including the White River Conference Center, the Doubletree Hotel Conference Center, and the Greene County Judicial Courts Facility. In some cases, jury selection will be conducted off site and the trial will be conducted in the courthouse. Lawyers anticipating jury trials are advised to contact the judge supervising the case.
