A note from Crista Many thanks to Presiding Judge Michael Cordonnier and Interim Health Department Director Katie Towns for today's excellent presentation to the SMBA. During the program, participants had the chance to participate in a variety of polls and the compiled results of those are below. As those results indicate, many members of the bar are unfamiliar with the SGF-GC Health Department's Stepping Out Plan. That can be found at this link. Other takeaways of interest from the participant poll: - 76% still had some level of concern about an outbreak in their office
- 64% had experienced outbreaks at their office.
- 56% have been completely back in office for six months or more
- 69% of the lawyers and their close friends/ family have been fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated or have an appointment to be vaccinated
- Only one lawyer indicated that they did not want to be vaccinated and one was uncertain at this time. But results seem to indicate a much higher percentage of staff were against or ambivalent regarding getting vaccinated.
