Attorneys seeking to withdraw as counsel after a matter is completed with no remaining, pending claims should file a Memorandum of Withdrawal pursuant to Rule 55.03(e)(1). As opposed to motions to withdraw, leave of court is not required when a proper Memorandum of Withdrawal is filed. This results in a small time savings to the court.
