38th Circuit - Virtual Hearing Room

The 38th Judicial Circuit is conducting a pilot program of a feature on Casenet. The feature is a link called "Virtual Hearing Room" which allows parties and counsel to immediately access a proceeding remotely. To access the Virtual Hearing Room link, first enter the case number in the Case Number search on Casenet. When the case is displayed, click on "Scheduled Hearings & Trials". You will see the Virtual Hearing Room link. Click on that link to attend the proceeding remotely. If you do not see a link for the Virtual Hearing Room, the proceeding must be attended in person. While the Circuit is piloting this feature, you may receive notice that you must appear virtually for a noticed hearing. Then you may be asked to provide feedback on use of the feature.
