Message from the 38th Circuit

The 38th Circuit congratulates Judge Jennifer Growcock on her appointment to the Southern District Court of Appeals. The 38th Circuit is developing a transition plan to ensure the least impact on current dockets and schedules while the Division 2 circuit judge position is vacant. Attorneys and litigants should assume their cases will be heard as scheduled unless notified to the contrary. The 38th Circuit will provide additional guidance in the near future regarding its schedule going forward.
