Happy New Year. I am writing you today to let you know of possible delays in the processing of cases in the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s Office, due to the labor shortage that is affecting the workforce throughout the nation. As a result, the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s Office is having a difficult time attracting and retaining employees.

In addition, we have several clerks out of the office due to the pandemic. We are working diligently to process cases accurately and as quickly as possible. If you have a case that needs to be expedited within the next few days please continue to e-file as normal and also send an email to gre-transfer@courts.mo.gov providing the expedited request and we will do our best to get those processed asap.
