Correction to 38th Circuit Probate Fee Changes

I have made an error in the latest update to Probate cases.

For a Large Estate with a will, I had included the $35.00 Dispense with
Administration fee and the $30.00 Annual clerk fee with the New filing fee
of $298.50 for a total of $363.50.  Instead the $35.00 fee comes at the end
of the final settlement & the $30.00 fee is an annual fee to be paid.  The
Correct Filing Fee is $298.50.

For Large Estate with no will, I had included the $35.00 Dispense with
Administration fee and the $30.00 Annual clerk fee with the New filing fee
of $263.50 for a total of $328.50.  Instead the $35.00 fee comes at the end
of the final settlement & the $30.00 fee is an annual fee to be paid.  The
Correct Filing Fee is $263.50.
