Margaret Schlachter 1930-2022

The SMBA was saddened to learn of the passing of member Margaret Schlachter.  Margaret worked for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, until her retirement in 2000.  Despite being retired, Margaret continued to be an active and engaged member of the SMBA, with regular attendance at monthly CLE programs and other events.  When she could no longer drive, the SMBA staff volunteered to give her rides and it was always a pleasure to hear her thoughts and stories.  She is missed.
