31st Circuit - Transition Updates

Division 21 By appointment of the Missouri Supreme Court, Judge John Bloodworth will be serving full time in Division 21 full time for at least 6 months. The Division 21 clerk is Julie Odor, extension 4837. Division 5 Judge Schoeberl, Judge Zerr, Judge Liston, and Judge Waters will be assigned to termination of parental rights (“TPR”) cases. Attorneys will receive notifications when those assignments are made.The Division 5 clerk is Melanie Shepard, extension 4058.
