Fulk Receives In-House Award

Missouri Lawyers Media named SMBA member and past president Dwayne Fulk as a recipient of their 2022 In House Counsel Award.  Fulk,  Vice President-Chief Legal Officer, City Utilities of Springfield received his award at a November 3rd Breakfast Ceremony at the Clayton Plaza Hotel in St. Louis.
