Update from the 31st Circuit – New Judge Case Assignments

Presiding Judge Michael Cordonnier reports he has assigned full case dockets to the new judges of the 31st Judicial Circuit. Judges Joshua Christensen and Kaiti Greenwade were sworn in at a joint ceremony January 13, 2023.

Judge Christensen has been assigned a full docket of civil cases and approximately 100 circuit felony cases. Going forward, he will be assigned a percentage of circuit civil cases.

Judge Greenwade has been assigned a full docket of associate division cases.  Going forward she will be assigned a percentage of DOR's, associate criminal and associate civil cases. 

"The addition of these new judges, both experienced lawyers, will allow the court to continue to manage all Greene County cases seamlessly," says Judge Cordonnier.
