New Judge for 31st

On Friday, June 30, 2023 Governor Parson signed the state budget which included funding for a seventh Circuit Judge for Greene County.  Thanks to the leadership of Senator Lincoln Hough, the Missouri General Assembly authorized the additional position in the 2022-23 legislative session and the final step was insuring funding. 

Presiding Judge Jerry Harmison said “We are grateful to Governor Parson and Senator Hough for helping us obtain a seventh Circuit Judge.  The additional judicial resources will further our ability to provide the citizens of Greene County with access to justice.”
