Remote Public Access and Redaction Now in Effect

The new rules on remote public access went into effect July 1, 2023 in a staggered rollout schedule beginning with the Supreme Court of Missouri and Missouri Court of Appeals. In anticipation of the major change the Missouri Judiciary launched a new website for the public regarding the changes in public access. Additional information is available on the website of the Missouri Bar. The Missouri Bar Remote Public Access and Redaction Resource Center is regularly updated as these significant changes are implementing, The expanded access to public case documents is prospective only – available only for documents filed on or after July 1, 2023. Documents filed before that date will continue to be available at the public access terminals in every state courthouse.
