Probate Commissioner Selected

On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, a special session of the 31^st Circuit Court en Banc was called by Presiding judge Jerry Harmison for the purpose of selecting a probate commissioner to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Commissioner Carol Aiken, which takes effect on August 31.  The Court en Banc selected Holly A. Clouse as the new probate commissioner.  Circuit Judge Todd Myers chaired the search committee and stated, “It is a compliment to our Bar Association that we had extremely qualified applicants.  We look forward to having Holly Clouse join our team of judicial officers.”
