Presiding Judge Jerry Harmison signed an Administrative Order eliminating a section of the 31st Circuit Local Rules. The order dated October 3, 2023 eliminates 68.7(e) which stated “Request for judgment by affidavit that is not acted upon by the Court within thirty days of filing shall be deemed to have been denied.” Link to order.
