31st Circuit Felony Case Management - Notice and Invitation

The 31st Judicial Circuit will begin implementing a Felony Case Management Procedure (CMP) for criminal cases in 2024. Presiding Judge Harmison, Judge Myers, and Judge Greenwade invite you to come and learn about the procedure on Friday, December 15, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the Division 4 courtroom. It is our goal that those practicing in the area of felony criminal law will leave with an understanding of the CMP and how our divisions will utilize a standardized procedure.
