SMBA Past President Dwayne Fulk has been picked for the top job at Springfield City Utilities. Fulk has been employed by CU since 2017, currently in the role of Senior Vice President/ Chief Legal and Economic Development Officer. On November 1 he will transition to the new role of President and CEO.
