Judicial Commission - Vacancy and Election

An election to fill an attorney vacancy on the 31st Circuit Judicial Commission will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 to fill the term succeeding the expiration of Ms. Deborah K. Dodge’s term December 31, 2025. Judicial Commission elections are governed by Missouri Supreme Court Rule 10.

A candidate may have their name printed on the ballot by submitting a valid nominating petition and biographical sketch in person or by mail to:
