First - Thank You!  Thank you to the teachers, coaches and most of all, the participants. The judges, evaluators and Springfield bar volunteers were inspired and impressed. Please tell the students to keep up the great work! We were excited to see some previous participants as well as new faces. We hope this was a fun and inspiring educational opportunity for them and we hope you will keep coming back.  If you have any students interested in a summer law internship program please have them email info@springfieldbar.com

The winning teams are determined in a tiered scoring structure:  Wins, ballots, point differential, total points.

Based on final registration numbers we can send two teams to state this year. Bolivar took first and Sycamore Home School took second place and will be representing our region at the state competition in St. Louis March 27-29.  If any team is unable to compete at state, please let us know as soon as possible so that the next ranked team can advance.

Finally, please help spread the word.  We have preliminary plans to hold the tournament in early February next year.  When registration opens next year encourage your students to participate and reach out to colleagues at other schools to help us build the Ozarks Regional Mock Trial Competition and send even more teams to state.
