Adult Use Marijuana On the Ballot: What this Constitutional Amendment Does: Expungements Galore, and More

Chip Sheppard, has been deep in the weeds on marijuana issues in Missouri and locally since 2013, as counsel v. the City of Springfield in a Sec. 1983 action which resulted in $230,000 in settlement dollars partially used to fund the statewide polling that showed > 65% of likely voters wanted Medical Marijuana. 

That polling resulted in national financial support for the 2016 and 2018 campaigns.  He was also deeply involved in both those campaigns and is now on the Board of Directors and Governmental Affairs Committee of MoCannTrade, the industry trade association serving patients since early 2020. He was also on the drafting committee for “LegalMo2022”, the latest Constitutional Initiative to legalize adult use which is likely to be on the ballot this November and is supported by MoCannTrade and several other organizations.

Requests for refund must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.  Substitutes for paid registrants unable to attend are allowed in most circumstances. (Not available to nonmembers or season pass holders)
