This role serves as the primary operational partner for attorneys, managing full lifecycle workflow, conflicts and new matter intake, billing coordination, document management, and client communications while leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years supporting organizational leadership (preferably in professional services), 3+ years legal assistance experience, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
