The December 27 Dial In CLE will explore the characteristics associated with the four generations now present in the workforce: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers and Millennials. Speakers will provide insight on the strengths and perspectives of each cohort, and suggestions on navigating those differences for smooth sailing
Each program in the SMBA Dial In CLE series qualifies for 1MCLE credit.
