Associate Attorney

The law firm of Lowther Johnson Attorneys at Law, LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing a variety of litigation and transactional work, including legal research, drafting legal documents (contracts, leases, real estate documents, etc.), drafting discovery for litigation, preparing for and attending court appearances and depositions, and writing motions and briefs.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the Missouri Bar

Demonstrated experience in either transactional or litigation work, or both

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work directly with senior attorneys and partners on files
